Scott Stinson, president of S.R. Stinson, Inc., is a second-generation builder and developer.  He is a registered architect with over 25 years of experience.  His extensive portfolio includes the design and construction of more than 1,000 single-family homes, townhouses, and multi-family buildings.  He has taken part in the design and construction of some of the most recognized commercial, retail, and residential facilities in and around Washington, D.C.

Scott’s initial success came with a series of careful renovations of historically significant properties.  With S.R. Stinson, Inc., he has focused on finding desirable locations throughout the Washington metropolitan area on which to place his unique single-family homes.  To assure the homeowner’s ultimate satisfaction, Scott stays personally involved with every facet of the project until it is completed to his standards.
